Easy and quick breakfast option for days when you are on the go. This breakfast choice is packed with protein that will help keep you full all morning long! It is a light and healthy option that you can make your own. Add whatever veggies and protein you want to it to make it more personable!

Instructions
  1. Locate a cutting board and knife and start finely dicing up your vegetables and meat option. Put mug in microwave for 2 min. Let sit for a min. and ENJOY! 
  2. Find a microwave safe mug and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Crack your eggs into the mug and stir until yolk is mixed with the egg whites.
  4. Add ingredients to mug as well as seasonings of your choice. Season for taste. (I used garlic powder, basil and pepper)
  5. Put mug in microwave for 2 min. Let sit for a min. and ENJOY! 
Recipe Notes

-I would add a lean protein such as turkey bacon or turkey deli meat! Any protein works though to help add extra protein to keep you fuller for longer.

-Cheese is an excellent source of protein as well. Sprinkle a low fat cheese for extra protein and calcium!

-Other vegetable options can include spinach, mushrooms, squash (all great options)
