Energy balls are an easy on the go snack that you can make ahead of time and keep in an airtight container for two weeks, or freeze for up to three months! You can change up the basic recipe to make them fit your preferences and make a variety of flavors.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Add water 1 Tbsp at a time if needed.
Portion out into 1 Tbsp sized balls, parchment or wax paper may help to keep balls from sticking to plates or eachother.
Set in the fridge to firm up for an hour, or place in freezer for later use.
