Instructions
  1. Cut bell pepper lengthwise and remove seeds. Spray inside and outside of pepper with vegetable spray. Place in Hot Logic Lunchbox container.
  2. Crack egg inside of pepper. Add salt and pepper. Chop ham slices and add on top of egg. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Cook in Hot Logic Lunchbox for around 2-5 hours, depending on how you like your egg cooked. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Other toppings could include hot sauce, green onions, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, basil, etc.). Make sure to keep the lunchbox flat while cooking to prevent the egg and toppings from falling out of the pepper.
