  • 2 whole eggs (or how many you want to prep)
  • water

Instructions
  1. 1. Place cold eggs in a single layer in a saucepan. Cover with at least 1 inch cold water over the eggs.
  2. 2. Cover saucepan and bring quickly to a boil over high heat. Immediately remove pan from heat to stop boiling. Let eggs stand in water for 12 minutes (large eggs)
  3. 3. Drain water and immediately run cold water over eggs until cool.
  4. 4. Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
