Add in the chicken broth, rice, teriyaki sauce, and frozen chicken breasts to the Instant Pot and pressure cook for 25 minutes.
Shred the chicken breasts with two forks.
Add in the frozen vegetables and pressure cook for an additional 3 minutes to steam the vegetables.
Mix the vegetales into the rice and chicken and serve
Because this is made in an intant pot it will be softer than a traditionally made stir fry in a wok- you could almost call it more of a teriyaki casserole. But if you are making this as a meal prep for yourself, one way you can heat it up and give it back the fried crunch and texture is to use the saute function on your instant pot and fry up the serving you are about to eat with a little bit of oil for just a few minutes.
