Instructions
  1. Add oil, milk and egg to a microwave safe mug. Beat the mixture until combined. Combine rice, veggies, and egg mixture together. Add the second tablespoon of teriyaki sauce and pepper for taste. Heat for an additional minute amd Enjoy!
  2. Microwave for 1 minute. Break up the egg into small pieces with a fork in the mug.
  3. Add just a little bit of water to the peas and carrots in a separate bowl and cook for 1 min.
  4. In a separate bowl add ready rice and 1 tbsp. of teriyaki sauce and heat for 1 min. Then combine rice, veggies, and egg mixture together.
  5. Add the second tablespoon of teriyaki sauce and pepper for taste. Heat for an additional minute and Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

-Make sure eggs are all the way done.

-Can use other sauces but look at sodium content.

-Use brown rice for more fiber and better nutritional value.
