- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup milk (almond, 1-2%, oat, soy)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter (can use any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup fruit ( use fruit of choice)

- Add oats, milk, and honey in a jar or sealed tight container. Shake well!
- Store in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Can be saved up to four days.
- After the 6 hours of set up time in the refrigerator, remove from fridge and add your toppings such as nut butters or nuts and fruit! Enjoy.
