Simply Fit Cheatsheet

Through this 7 week program you can expect to get healthier, plain and simple. In this program, drivers will collect points by doing any of the following:
  • 1 pound lost = 1 point
  • 1 reported weight to DHF = 2 points
  • 1 Health Coaching call = 5 points
  • 1 meal logged in My Fitness Pal = 1 point
  • 1 day drinking no sugary/sweetened beverages = 3 points
  • 1 day drinking at least 48-64 oz. of water = 1 point
  • 3-5 servings of fruits/veggies per day = 2 points
  • 1 workout off DHF website or 10 mins exercise = 3 points
  • Make the Simply Fit recipe of the week = 10 points
